As a Junior PMO Analyst, you will support the Head of the Agile PMO and the ART Leadership teams to achieve reliable data quality across the agile toolset. You will support the monitoring and performance reporting across te portfolio and for individual ART's and provide governance and process support across the portfolio ART's.

Key Responsibilities
Support the maintenance of process documentation, establishing and maintaining a document library and ensuring compliance with reporting standards, and that templates and tools are clearly define
Assist with providing guidance to ART’s to enable them to demonstrate how they are delivering value against agreed business measures of success
Operating within allocated budgets and overall departmental risk appetite
Support achievement of the overall control framework of IS, ensuring that controls in place are fit for purpose through evidence and best practice framework alignment, are integrated, do not create duplication and complement each other for the overall effective performance of the IS department.
Providing guidance and coaching to Agile Release Trains in Cadent in our agile ways of working and how to use and administer our agile toolset Skills and Experience
Experience as part of a team in Project Management Office (PMO) services on a programme or project including, basic knowledge of the mechanisms and controls required to deliver a successful and effective PMO function
Experience of administering governance procedures and analysing data from Excel/Jira and other common toolsets
Strong customer focus and excellent organisation skills
Competency in the use of technology platforms (such as Jira; Confluence; SharePoint) for issue tracking, content management and collaboration. What’s In It For You
