Junior IT Support Engineer – Nottingham

1st line / Service Desk with networking, projects, systems.
On behalf of a Nottingham based customer we are looking for an IT Engineer – ideally from a service desk / helpdesk / 1st line or IT Technical Support exposure.
You will work a part of an existing team of Engineers and be responsible for internal support, systems, networking & projects.
You will be responsible for:
Providing technical support (hardware/software) to internal users.
Software & hardware fault diagnostics, customer fixes / problem solving / troubleshooting over the telephone or face to face
Escalation to 2nd line if not remedied
Software configuration and hardware fault resolution
You will be managing multiple tickets / case loads simultaneously either over the telephone or face to face (internal users) and therefore must have excellent communication, organisation skills and strong customer service experience.
Essential experience – Max OS & logical
Desirable experience – 365, AD, networking
