London based product company offering technology on Microsoft’s Office 365 and supporting technologies. Our products help employees within businesses to communicate with one another and work together as teams.

Role Overview

The Consultant will work closely with our customer teams to own the software rollout. The objective is to on-board the business in to the new tools. This is not training but active application of new tools in to existing teams.

You will need to:

Understand the basics of the company and Office 365 tools

Define success for that specific organisation, using the organisation method and assets

Engage customer business teams and apply the tools to them

Keep an eye on their adoption metrics and support that team further if they need more help

We will provide you with:

Training on the basics of the tools

A customer side project manager to book the business team meetings

Scenarios as they might apply to different business teams; this is a starting point. You will use your skills to iterate these scenarios as needed

An adoption tool to measure use

Access to 3 Microsoft MVPs, who will provide training and ongoing support

You need to be happy:

Working mostly onsite with customers (once safe to do so, post pandemic)

Working mostly independently

Working to lead customer teams, who will look to you for guidance on best practices

Pro-actively asking for help whenever and wherever you need it, so that the wider team can support you

Feedback if you think things can be done better, or additional capabilities in the tools might help customers

Your typical week

* Being trained/consume training materials on new technologies and/or methods

* Providing feedback to the team on customer challenges, product or method improvements

* Updating or creating assets in line with evolutions to how we work with customers

* Running customer analytics reports and considering next steps to maintain or improve technology adoption

* Updating customer roadmaps
