Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Technical Administrator with proven CAD experience to join our client’s team in Rugby. This is a great opportunity for someone with a foundation in technical administration and hands-on CAD work who is looking to build a long-term career in a structured, process-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create and update technical drawings using CAD software

* Input and manage data in the company CRM system

* Maintain accurate records in the Quality Management System (QMS)

* Provide day-to-day administrative support to technical and operational teams

* Work within established processes and contribute to process improvements

* Liaise with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience in a technical or administrative role

* Practical experience using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)

* A process-driven, detail-focused approach to work

* Comfortable using digital systems such as CRM and/or QMS databases

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
