Jira Administrator/Specialist – Jira, ServiceNow

Xpertise are urgently looking for a Jira Administrator/Specialists for an immediate start on an initial 6-month contract.

Candidates must have the following skills and experience:

Proven experience/expertise with Jira
Proven experience of Jira audits including workflows, dashboards, configurations etc.
Proven experience of security, SSO, licensing and access control within Jira
A strong working knowledge of ServiceNow
Proven experience creating process frameworks within Jira
Proven experience across Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Proven API integration experience
Role is hybrid – London – outside IR35
