ITIL Service Desk Team Leader

My client is a leading Solutions Provider, North Manchester based, looking for an experienced ITIL Service Desk Team Leader, responsible for the supervision of at least 15 members for all IT Service Desk processes, including service requests, incidents and escalations, analysing reporting and data whilst at the same time mentoring the team.

You will need to be proficient in

managing / team leadering a busy IT Service Desk
Hands on first or second line role within a busy Service Desk
Experience working with Incident & Problem management
Experience working with technical IT teams
Experience of working within an ITIL (or equivalent) environment

Ideally, you will previous accountability in

Working on or within an IT Service Desk environment
Experience in a customer engagement role
Experience in working within a multi-language environment
ITIL foundation certified
Experience of working in a Microsoft Windows, Active Directory and Exchange environment
A working knowledge of LAN, WAN, routing, core IP functionality and firewall technology
Knowledge of IP telephony based solutionsAs part of their business model, this is an office base role, social distancing measures are in place and require to work at weekends (once a month).. this is essential
