Job Description

A client of mine based in Dundee is looking to add a Second Line Service Desk Engineer to join their vibrant team. the client is a highly experience IT MSP providing IT services to over 55 clients across the country.

They are a leader in their field, providing an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to expand their IT knowledge and further their career.

They are a Microsoft accredited partner and are more than willing to invest in employees who want to undertake Microsoft and security related accreditations.

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of PC and laptop hardware.
Experience with Windows Desktop and Server operating systems.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 support and usage.
Familiarity with security tools like antivirus, EDR, spam, and web filtering.
Basic understanding of networking (DHCP, DNS, etc.).
A strong focus on security best practices.
Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record in customer-facing roles.Benefits:
