About the role:
An opportunity for an IT Support Technician has arisen with a great company based in Birmingham, close to junction 6 of the M6 motorway and 10 mins from Birmingham city centre. This role is predominantly office based, and will offer some home working
As the successful candidate, you will be the sole technical authority on site, Supporting the I.T Team, being hands-on and delivering change and transformation
You will have broad and demonstrable technical experience, predominantly in the Microsoft stake.
* Microsoft Office 365 support
* Training and educating end-users of O365 capabilities and tools
* O365 technical administration (Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint)
* O365 design and development
* Intune Management
* Patch Management and Windows Servicing
* Ideally Microsoft Dynamics Business Central administration or awareness of similar ERPs
* Understanding of networking protocols
* Server support and cloud back-up
* Experience with RDS environments
* Proven Experience in a Support Role

* You will have a "can do" attitude, be someone who takes accountability and someone who delivers
* You will be working collaboratively in big teams, supporting all colleagues in delivering business needs, whilst being able to work alone at times
