IT Support Technician
Job Title: IT Support

Day Rate: 100 – 130 P/D (Inside)
Location:  On Site ( London )
 
Role Requirements:

To coordinate and report to the head of IT in relation to work duties
Manage and maintain school’s PC’s, Macs, and associated hardware
Experience with authentication and directory services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group policies)
Office365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint
Install, configure, update as well as troubleshoot computers and hardware
Carry out front desk duties in the Computer Lab, assisting students and staff with IT related issues
Troubleshoot IP Phones
TCP/IP Networking LAN/WAN (DNS, DHCP, VPN) 
Skills Required:

Candidate must have a relevant IT qualification, such as CompTIA, Cisco, etc.
Experience with PC components and able to design and build and workstations
Imaging of PC’s & Mac workstations.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS. (Windows 8 &10)
Knowledge of Mac hardware and Mac OS
Papercut print management system.
Good communication and Organisation skills
Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
An exploring mind with the ability to think outside the box
