IT Support Engineer – Windows, Office 365

Using the JIRA servicedesk tool you will take ownership of 1st and 2nd line tickets escalating to other parts of the IT Department where necessary.

Role/Responsibilities
Build and configure laptops/desktops.
Installation and configuration of Software packages.
Respond on JIRA tickets with required SLA's.
Provide 1st/2nd Line desktop support to the end user environment.

Manage and regularly update micro projects.
A minimum of 2 years previous experience in an IT support role. Supporting Windows.
Extensive knowledge of MS office 365. Including SharePoint & OneDrive.
Outlook/Exchange knowledge.
Understanding of working in an office and maintaining a professional attitude whilst under pressure.
Ability to follow instruction and documentation to the letter, as well as write documentation.
