We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Support Engineer to join a team in Cambridge on a 3-month fixed term contract. The team provides support to over 600 internal customers and are responsible for developing, installing and maintaining a range of services to support business systems and processes. You will provide telephone, e-mail and desk side support on a wide range of requests.
* Relevant experience in an IT Support role and managing support tickets
* A passion for customer service and a desire to work effectively as part of a small team
* Aptitude to learn and apply attention to detail within defined processes and procedures
* Good interpersonal, communication, time planning, organisational skills and a can-do positive attitude
* Experience of supporting Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
* Experience of supporting mobile iOS and Android devices and / or Apple Macs would be helpful
