IT Support Technician
ROMFORD (Onsite)
Initially up to 3 months

Are you passionate about technology and providing exceptional support? We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our client's dynamic team and deliver high-quality technical assistance across the clients of five sites.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

Provide first and second-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and peripherals.
Manage and respond to service desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.System Maintenance

Perform regular maintenance tasks, including software updates, backups, and system monitoring.
Assist in maintaining the asset register.User Support

Deliver IT support to end-users across all five schools.
Document and share common technical issues and solutions for future reference.Networking

Demonstrate strong knowledge of networking systems and services (DHCP, GPOs, DNS, Active Directory, Print Management, Hyper-V, Virtualisation).
Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues on end-user devices.Personal Attributes
