Title: 1st/2nd Line IT Support
Location: London
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 (Plus 30% Bonus)

My client are looking for an experienced IT support Engineer with strong background using Windows and Microsoft tech stack:

Previous experience in a support desk or IT role.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced helpdesk environment, managing time effectively.
Proficiency in Office 365 (Email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD).
The role is based in West London and will be 5 days onsite.

Strong communication skills both written & verbal is paramount.
