Our North Nottinghamshire client is recruiting for an experienced IT Support Coordinator within very well-established company who holds an excellent reputation within their industry sector.
The role of the IT Support Coordinator involves
Responsibility for coordinating IT Support tickets across the company
Managing one other member of staff and coordinating support requirement with IT business partners
Expediting IT projects across the company
Providing internal technical support, monitoring, and maintaining computer systems and networks
Ensuring all software is up to date and ordering new hardware as required.
Setting up new users across the company
Writing of workflow reports
Acting as a pivotal point of contact for all IT issues across the companyThe ideal candidate will ideally have:
Experience of working within a busy IT support department
Knowledge of 1st and 2nd line support
Experience managing and coordinating a busy and ever-changing workload
Good communication skills with the ability to liaise and support all areas of the business with IT related issues
