Location: Ryde, Isle of Wight
Hours: 37 hours per week
Days: Monday – Friday
Provision of support for around 35 users and administration of company IT infrastructure, to include:
Administration of Windows Servers and Desktop Operating Systems.
Daily Back Up, anti-virus and other security,
Network infrastructure for both LAN and WAN ( including wireless technologies),
Installation, upgrade and repair to hardware and software,
First line support to security, telephone and time & attendance systems.
Provide staff training where required.
Assisting in project work and continuous improvements where required.
Must have a minimum of Level 5/ HND qualifications within a relevant IT field.
Must have strong experience of servers, networking and windows operating systems. Previous experience of MRP or ERP systems is an advantage.
Must be able to organise and prioritise workload.
Must have excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Must be a good communicator and have the ability work well well on own initiative as well as part of a team.
Must be driven and committed to develop own skills and career path.
Salary: £19 – 25,000 per annum dependent upon experience
