IT Support Analyst
South Yorkshire, Onsite

Nigel Frank International are currently supporting a forward-thinking end user in South Yorkshire who are looking to grow their internal IT function by adding an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to join their team.
You'll be tasked with helping to optimise system performance, enhance user capability, and improve operational efficiency across the organisation.

Responsibilities

Provide specialist support for Dynamics 365 Business Central applications.
Investigate and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
Work closely with internal teams to support system integration's and process improvements.
Deliver user training and guidance on system features and best practices.
Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures and support activities.Skills

Strong experience in IT support with exposure to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Confident problem‑solver with the ability to analyse issues and deliver effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to support users with varying technical ability.
Collaborative approach with a willingness to contribute to wider team objectives.
Solid understanding of business systems, workflows, and application supportBenefits
