IT Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support– Based near Leeds- Will need to be able to become SC Cleared. As IT Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support, you will need the following Skills: Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Office 365, Ideally Vmware, Citrix & Azure, or at least 2 of them and the desire to learn more. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory & preferably some Group Policy.
Successful IT Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support will need to be able to become SC Cleared and have excellent verbal and written communication skills with previous experience of working within a fast-paced environment, preferably enterprise level/ within a MSP.
Any IT Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support who has had any previous experience of adding value to a team and then escalating to the 3rd Line Cloud Technical Support Engineers.
