Job Title: IT Strategy and Project Manager
Location: London
Salary: £55,000 – £63,000 Depending on experience
Contract Type: Full time, Permanent with Hybrid working 
 
Purpose of the Role:
To develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with corporate objectives. Lead transformation programmes for IT systems, oversee infrastructure improvements, and manage the successful delivery of digital projects while ensuring best practices in IT governance and security.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver IT and digital strategies that drive business improvement and operational efficiency.
Manage the rationalisation and implementation of IT systems to improve data integration and decision-making.
Lead IT infrastructure updates, ensuring systems align with organisational needs and technological advances.
Oversee the procurement and management of IT service providers, ensuring value for money and contract compliance.
Enhance IT cyber and data security, including implementing robust backup, recovery, and business continuity procedures.
Control IT budgets, monitor expenditure, and deliver cost-effective IT solutions.
Lead strategic projects and collaborate with senior leadership to identify long-term opportunities and risks. Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in IT strategy development, project delivery, and system modernisation.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, data security, and business technology trends.
Experience managing budgets and negotiating with contractors and suppliers.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) and regulatory requirements in IT.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Qualifications:

Degree in a relevant field or significant experience in IT infrastructure/project management.
