Job Title: IT Service Desk Manager
Day Rate: £40,000 to £45,000
Benefits: Pension, Excellent Profit Share
This is a new opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Manager or Helpdesk Manager
to join the UK arm of a large highly successful international sales and distribution business based in Warrington.
The company is key part of a global organisation where IT is critical to their continued success and growth.
You will be responsible for the management of a team of six people on the helpdesk based in their very nice offices in Warrington supporting a large user base of 320 sites and 3000 users.
This is a key role within the business where you will have the opportunity to shape and develop the service desk with the opportunity to developing into a service delivery role in the future.
Key Experience Required
We would expect you to have experience in managing a service desk team supporting a large user base.
You will have experience in using and reporting from helpdesk ticketing systems as well as some experience of ITIL as the company are very keen to implement the processes and procedures as well as service catalogues, SLA's and KPI monitoring.
