IT Service Desk Engineer – Reading
Chassam Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an IT Service Desk Engineer for a leading organisation based near Reading. This is an exciting position where you will be supporting the day-to-day desktop operations.
The role will involve being responsible for responding to escalated incidents and requests logged in the Service Desk Tool, taking phone calls and emailing contacts through the customer contact system and managing the desktop environment.
You will be working closely with the IT Service Desk Manager and the IT infrastructure Engineering teams to ensure the best solutions for the mobile device and desktop environments. You will ensure all images, applications and policies are current and inline with security requirements.
* Solid IT Service Desk Experience
* Windows 10 and Server OS Support
* Intune Windows Patching
* Intune Device Management
* MS Office Skills
* Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills.
