IT Service Desk Analyst – Manchester

Chassam Recruitment are currently recruiting for an IT Service Desk Analyst for a leading client based in Manchester. The role will be a mixture of home and office based!

You will be responsible for supporting approximately 350 users ensuring incidents, problems and requests are resolved.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for the:

* Day to day IT Service delivery working within an ITIL environment

* Monitoring and assessing the severity of service desk incidents

* Reviewing systems and application logs, looking for any potential issues

* Liaising with vendors to coordinate 3rd line support for all IT Services

* Supporting both Windows and MAC operating systems

* Troubleshooting both hardware and software issues

As a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst, you need to have experience in:

* Proven track record in providing IT Support

* Troubleshooting both hardware and software issues

* Supporting both Windows and Mac operating systems

* Office 365 and Active Directory experience

* Exposure to VPN technologies

* Network principles and concepts

* Cabling/Patching

* Intune/SCCM
