IT Service Desk Analyst – Law Firm
Location: Sale, Manchester
Salary in the region of £25,000

Our client, a reputable regional law firm, is seeking a dedicated IT Service Desk Analyst to join their dynamic team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional IT support and thrive in a professional environment, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide 1st line troubleshooting support for software, hardware, and network-related issues, including Citrix and Windows.

* Accurately log all calls in our Service Desk tool and maintain comprehensive documentation for knowledge sharing.

* Manage the configuration and installation of new hardware and software, such as laptops, desktops, and iPhones.

* Administer Active Directory, including setting up new starters and managing the leavers process.

* Maintain a high level of customer service for all support queries and adhere to internal processes.

* Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Microsoft products, including 365, Windows 10, Windows 11, and Intune.

* Handle escalated tickets, ensuring timely resolution and providing regular feedback to clients.

* Manage and maintain the Microsoft Teams Telephony system.

* Assist in office moves and IT equipment setups across the business.

* Travel to regional sites to provide onsite support.

* Provide assistance to other IT teams on project-related work.

Requirements:

* 1-2 years experience in a similar IT support role.

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and Active Directory administration.

* Excellent troubleshooting skills for software, hardware, and network issues.

* Ability to maintain high standards of customer service and adhere to internal processes.

* Willingness to travel to regional sites when required.

* Experience with Microsoft Teams Telephony system is desirable.

This role is based from offices in Sale, Manchester and pays a salary in the region of £25,000
