Position: IT Service Desk Analyst (1st Line)
Location: Rotherham, United Kingdom
Salary: £25,000 + Excellent Benefits

A longstanding organisation in Rotherham is on the lookout for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their IT Support team on a full-time basis, looking after around 1000 users.

This exciting opportunity allows full ownership over a wide range of technologies across Servers, Desktops, Cloud, Networking, Security, and general Hardware/Software. They utilise a wide range of infrastructure which will provide you with excellent exposure in helping progress your technical abilities. This makes it a fantastic role for anybody looking to expand their skill set.

Whilst the majority of your day will be made up of reactive support via the service desk or deskside, you will occasionally assist on internal projects shadowing senior IT staff and learning from them.

Windows Server administration
Active Directory and Group Policy
Microsoft 365 (Entra, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Windows 10/11 and macOS
MS Office application support
Network troubleshooting
