IT Service Desk Analyst – £150 p/d + Company Benefits – Flexible Working Environment
We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be working as part of a busy internal Service Desk supporting over 1300 users in various locations throughout the UK.
This role would suit an semi experienced individual who has a passion for IT and is now looking to find a role where they can expand on their knowledge and work in a position where they can learn from more experienced engineers.
Main Skills and Responsibilities:
An excellent knowledge of IT hardware and software (Office 365, Windows Server and Cisco networks an advantage)
Hands on working experience of imaging and building laptops and desktops
Hands on working experience of building mobile devices (phones and tablets) using a Mobile Device Management tool (InTune would be an advantage)
