IT Operations Manager
A well-established IT Managed Services Provider have acquired and reputable Managed services provider inheriting their clients as a result the company are going through a stage of accelerated growth with frequent opportunities for progression. The company are seeking an IT Operations Manager to join their management & Operations team to manage all departments within the company and scale from a Small Enterprise to a medium to large enterprise from an operations perspective.
The ideal candidate will be an IT Operations Manager with prior experience of working in a MSP and proven track record in scaling operations in the transition of a Small MSP to a Medium to large size MSP, the position will offer full autonomy in the way you work reporting directly to the CEO
Responsible for the transition of a business from a Small MSP to a Medium/Large MSP from a Operations Strategy perspective
Manging Operations of the Managed Services Support Function
Accountable for the Development and Implementation of IT Operations Strategy
Develop productive working relationships with colleagues from all departments
Delivery and Leadership of IT Operational Services following SLA Standards factoring cost and quality Requirements
Proven experience in operations strategy with scaling a Small MSP to a medium/large MSP
Leadership & Team Management
Experience in managing a Service desk
Proven experience of giving direction and supporting the improvement of ICT services with a focus on user experience, cost effectiveness & Efficiency
Solid functional understanding of Wintel based technologies & cloud technologies (operational strategy, not necessarily technical) Desirable
Experience with setting up Ticketing Systems (Autotask or similar)
