We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Team Leader to join DWF and deliver a high level of support services and project delivery.
This role will report into our Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager, with line management responsibility of a team of 3rd Line Engineers. You will work alongside each of our technology stack owners to ensure that your team is ensuring the maintenance and operational performance of our IT infrastructure – including our data centres, servers, storage platforms, network, PCs and mobiles, and security technologies. You will also support on the delivery of projects aimed at improving security and compliance to internal led standards.
The ideal candidate will have highly developed leadership skills, as well strong technical IT infrastructure skills – ideally including ITSM queue management, ITIL, and the utilisation of Scrum as a method of proactive working. You will also have proven experience effectively delivering infrastructure projects and technologies.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our team of 3rd Line Engineers, as well as work alongside our wider IT Infrastructure team to deliver the continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure reliability and security!
