IT Infrastructure Support Technician required by Communications client. Our client deliver world class broadband and internet services and are a leading player in the communications domain.
Due to team expansion, our client is recruiting for an IT Infrastructure Support Technician to help them in their growth. The successful IT Infrastructure Support Technician must have hands on skills and experience in infrastructure and support and be ready to take on new challenges and projects.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Bachelors (Hons) Degree or HND / BTEC in IT or Computer Science etc
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a busy network environment
* 1st line or 2ndline support skills and experience
* Microsoft Windows Desktops 10 and 11 and Servers 2019/2022 knowledge and experience
* IT Security knowledge such as Anti-Virus, Hard-Drive Encryption & Authentication
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory
* VMware or experience of virtualisation
* Knowledge of Blackberry or Mobile Device Management
* Any Microsoft Qualifications would be an added bonus to have
