Our client is looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager in Rotherham with a strong technical background in infrastructure services, proficient in networking, hands-on experience in on-premises and cloud computing, and a proven track record of managing ITIL service teams effectively.

In this role as an IT Infrastructure Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the Group Head of IT to define their technical strategy in line with their global IT objectives. You'll manage an ITIL-based service function catering to their global user base, ensuring strict adherence to ITIL processes. Additionally, you'll be responsible for defining and managing SLAs and KPIs, while also taking the lead in mentoring and guiding the team, providing them with the necessary technical support to excel in their roles.

Skills and Requirements:

Server administration, virtualisation, cloud technologies.
Complex networking, Cisco network architecture.
Microsoft 365 (Intune and Autopilot).
End-user computing support.
Leadership and service management skills are equally crucial, including:
IT system monitoring and experience working in a ISO/27001 environment.
Adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
Timely resolution of escalated IT issues.
Implementation of service enhancement initiatives.
Keeping up with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Possess excellent leadership, team management, communication, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.

Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

Salary: £50,000 – 60,000 DOE
