THE ROLE

Help-desk customer support administrator

(RELIABLE) CUSTOMER SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL

BASED IN HAREFIELD – FREE ON SITE PARKING – this will be a Hybrid role working partly on site and from home

KEY SKILLS

Previous experience of dealing with Customer Support queries ( 1T Support 1st line helpdesk exp required)

*Experience of dealing with inbound calls, emails, logging calls and identifying caller requirements
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Good Microsoft Office skills
*Provide efficient 1st line support for IT queries in business including mobile phone and tablet estate, *Experience
*Provide first line support in person and on the phone to end users, experience of desktop security, anti virus, anti malware, password resets , active directory, exchange, Microsoft Windows 10 & Microsoft 365
*Capture specific information logging tickets for all issues/requests.
*Assist with basic technical issues (e.g. changing passwords/access rights and troubleshooting mobile devices).
*You must be available immediately for a temporary role and commit for 3 months plus
*Can you commute to Harefield / Northwood area
* must be car owner driver
