Position: IT Helpdesk Support, 1st/2nd Line
Location: Oldbury, West Midlands
Salary: £22,000 to £26,000

We are looking for a locally based Helpdesk/Desktop Support Technician to join an innovative and growing IT Services Company based in Oldbury, West Midlands.
We are looking for someone that wants the opportunity to develop their experience and technical skills by working with a variety of technologies and is keen to learn.
You will provide remote support to a number of different customers working as part of a small team as well as some occasional face to face support at client sites so you will need to be able to drive.
Key Experience Required
You will have experience in an IT Support environment – ideally for an IT Services company with technical experience in the following areas:
* Logging Tickets on a helpdesk system
* Active Directory
* Windows 7, 10 and ideally 365
* Email – DNS
* Hardware – Fixing laptops / desktops and memory upgrades
* iPhone/Android set up and management
* Any experience with Server 2008/2012/2016 would be welcomed.
* Experience of working to SLA’s
You will need a full driving license to be considered for the position as some occasional travel to client sites will be involved.
