My client is a nationwide IT and Telecoms support provider based in Upminster with an extensive client base. They are extremely successful because of the way they communicate with their clients and because the provide exactly the service / business support required.

Your role:

* IT Field Support Engineer

* Providing on-site and remote support to clients mainly in London

* Travelling to client sites, often the same ones on a regular basis so that you can strike up report with the users and address regular issues

* Project manage systems installations / moves

* On board new users

* Manage and report ongoing / regular issues and assist in rectifying them

Required:

* Excellent communication skills

* To be client facing

* To be happy to go the extra mile to give the required level of technical support

* To be flexible and able to travel extensively

* To be able to visit the Upminster Head Office for supplies and meetings

* Strong application and operative systems support experience

* Cloud services and security systems support

* Network support

* Experience of working for an IT Managed Services Provider
