I have an immediate vacancy for an experienced IT and Network support engineer for 6 to 9 month contract to be based in Mold, Flintshire.

Key Skills: VMware, SCCM, Cisco Wireless Access point, Avaia, Azure, Office 365, Sage, Solidworks, PDM, Sophos Antivirus, Zscaler VPN, Infor LN cloud ERP, Lansweeper

Location: Mold, Flintshire CH7 1AA

Rate: Depending upon experience between £150 and £250 per day

You will be joining a 20 strong company and will be responsible for all the IT and network support for the company. It is essential that you have a proven IT and Network support background and can hit the ground running.

This role will be for an initial 6 – 9 months with a view for an extension or even opportunity for a permanent role should you desire.

It is essential that have worked on the majority of the following:

General Network & Cable Management & maintenance.
VMware vCenter Server and ESXi host maintenance
SCCM agent deployment
Veeam Back Up maintenance
Cisco Wireless Access Point (Set up & Configuration)
Barracuda Firewall – Support External IT when required
Avaia IP Office maintenance/ New Softphone application implementation.
Migration of local Terminal Server to Azure platform
Software Installation/ Updates and troubleshooting (Office 365, Sage, Solidworks + PDM, Sophos Antivirus, Zscaler VPN)
Assist with new Infor LN cloud ERP configuration & installation (Q3 2021).
Lansweeper Client & Admin monitoring and reporting
General Office maintenance; configure or set up new clients
Localised IT support for smaller issues
Network printer configuration & troubleshooting
Communication and attend meetings with Group IT/ Base IT (Austria/ Germany)
