HR GO Recruitment are currently seeking an IT Administration and support analyst for a reputable and well established business across the UK. The role will be based within their head office at Ashford, Kent. The main focus of this role will be to assist the IT team in both existing and new projects as well as providing an excellent IT service to the company.
Provide IT admin and support on a wide range of systems including Office 365 and related packages
Ability to advise on company activities such as laptops, phones, tablets and PCs
Prioritising tasks in order of importance and time of the deadline
To be highly involved in all relevant IT projects and ventures for the IT team.
Using clear and concise language and communication when working with others
Great ability to fault find and problem solve
The ideal candidate:
Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft packages, in particular 365, with the ability to support and assist with issues.
A degree in Computing or a relevant field at 2:1 level is desired
Additional Microsoft qualifications would be advantageous for this role
Experience of fault finding and fixing company assets (Laptops, PCs and phones)
Knowledge of front-end IT systems and infrastructure such as Azure
Experience of training end-users
This role is Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm.
