You'll be part of the Diversity, Inclusion and Talent Acquisition team at Softcat. This team sits in the wider HR and Property department alongside the following teams – HR Business Partners and Employee Engagement, Reward, Payroll and HR Services, L&D and Property and Workplace. Ready to find the talent that supports sales success?

As a Recruiter, you'll specialise in the recruitment for our Commercial business areas covering Sales Support, Sales Operations and Bids. You'll be managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. In this role, you'll provide exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders, uphold Softcat's values, and act as an ambassador for the function.

 

As an Recruiter you'll be responsible for: 

Managing the entire recruitment process from briefing calls until post-placement activities. With specific focus on proactive sourcing

Establishing excellent candidate relationships, ensuring a positive end-to-end candidate experience 

Collaborating with recruitment agencies, maintaining communication, providing job specifications, and setting expectations for candidate quality and timelines

Developing a recruitment approach that fosters Diversity & Inclusion, drawing from external insights in the channel, market, and specialism

Maintaining and tracking high levels of recruitment data quality in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment tracker and standard of material, content and communications 

Developing strong stakeholder relationships with Hiring Managers, colleagues within Recruitment team and wider HR and Property department  

 

We'd love you to have:

Demonstrable recruitment experience

Strong skills in; attraction, sourcing, assessment/interviewing techniques and negotiation 

Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as ATS and HR technology  

Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships 

Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to multitask effectively
