Interim IT Consultant
Location: Hybrid / Cardiff Contract: £475 per day
Reporting to: Head of IT / Technology DirectorDuration: 6-month contract

Your new role
The Interim IT Operations Manager will take end‑to‑end ownership of day‑to‑day IT operations, remaining hands‑on across BAU infrastructure and operational delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
The role exists to stabilise and optimise IT operations, introduce clear workload visibility and prioritisation, and create capacity for transformation work to proceed without operational drag. This is a hand‑on leadership role, suited to someone comfortable rolling up their sleeves while setting direction, structure, and operational discipline.
Experience of working in an Azure environment, strong networking background and in-depth experience and knowledge of working at a senior level in an IT infrastructure team.
