We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Leader to join our Implementation & Support team working within the Lending arm of our business. You’ll help us to manage, deliver and support our award winning software solutions, with responsibility for our implementation and support strategies and processes. This will include ensuring our software is configured and tested to a high quality for delivery to our clients, as well as providing post implementation support and service management.
Our financial services software is built for better performance, and with this in mind, you’ll be someone who consistently challenges the status quo to ensure we’re continually improving, with quality, ease and efficiency being some of your key drivers.
You’ll act as a coach, mentor and people leader with a mixed team of Implementation & Support Consultants and Implementation Test Consultants, becoming both a go-to and an SME on operational matters across Implementations & Support within Lending. In overseeing the output of the team, you will also remain hands-on in a variety of tasks including incident management, conducting service review meetings with clients, estimating and scheduling timelines across multiple projects for our clients, ensuring realistic and achievable targets are set and proactively managing any issues and risks that arise.
We’re looking for someone who prides themselves on being able to get the best out of others and takes an inclusive, encouraging and hands on approach to leadership.
Alongside your people leadership experience, ideally gained managing large scale project delivery teams or in service delivery, you’ll have excellent knowledge of project, implementation & delivery processes within technology and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle – with particular focus on post implementation support & service management.
Experience of service delivery and incident management would be ideal and you’ll have gained confidence in effectively working across multiple projects with a variety of clients at any one time.
