Implementation Coordinator | Fully Remote | Digital Agency

Langham Recruitment are working with an innovative digital agency who produce cutting edge digital products for the pharma and healthcare sectors. The Implementation Coordinator will play a key part in ensuring that the products deliver industry-leading solutions to the customers.

Responsibilities:

To act as the central point for managing client implementations, ensuring their experience a seamless onboarding journey as well as act as the ambassador for the brand
To collaborate with internal stakeholders inputting client requirements to the product roadmap and development sprints
To plan and communicate the onboarding process to clients
To coordinate development tasks and verify deliverables
To address problems that arise during system implementationSkills and Experience:

At least 1 year of experience managing fast-paced high-pressure projects.
Very strong organisational and time management skills, able to demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines.
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Self-motivated and enthusiastic attitudeNice to have:

Experience working in a pharma / healthcare sectorSalary and Benefits:

Salary in the range of £25,000 – £30,000
Fully remote role
