Job Description
Liberty has an exciting opportunity for an Implementation Specialist ideally based in the North-West (Knowsley). Reporting to the ICT Director, you will be primarily responsible for successfully setting up and configuring new client contracts on our works management systems and supporting our business development and work-winning teams.
This varied and exciting role requires the successful candidate to be a self-starter, capable of working alone and as part of a wider team. You will have experience working in a property services or FM organisation and be able to demonstrate proficiency in working with external clients and customers. You will be technically competent and have experience in setting up and configuring works management systems, ideally MRI Repairs or AccuServ. You will also be comfortable supporting bids and client presentations when required.
Forming part of Liberty’s ICT Senior Management Team, you will be expected to contribute to the wider ICT strategy, continuous improvement, risk management and security plans and be professional and able to communicate at all levels. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) and may require some evening and weekend work (by exception). The Liberty ICT team supports hybrid working arrangements. Key responsibilities for the Implementation Specialist:
* Mobilise new client contracts as part of a wider mobilisation team. You will be the systems subject matter expert and expected to take ownership of the ICT workstream
* Drive operational standardisation through the definition and operation of standard operating practices around the mobilisation of new client contracts
* Improve data quality though robust controls and measures in collaboration with the Liberty Operations teams and the ICT Data team
* Maintain and contribute to documentation associated with client mobilisations including highlight reports and risk logs
* Maintain a forward view of all upcoming and in-flight mobilisations by liaising with the business development teams
* Support the business development team with information to support bid documentation and tenders
* Attend client presentations as the ICT mobilisation subject matter expert
* Contribute to the ICT systems development roadmap with the ICT Systems Product Manager
* Collaborate with the wider ICT functions such as Infrastructure and Service Management teams
What we are looking for in our ideal Implementation Specialist:
As a leader, the successful candidate will be expected to set vision and direction to change and improve the way in which new contracts are mobilised in line with business goals and objectives. You will be expected to take the lead on ICT mobilisation projects whilst balancing business goals in accordance with agreed budgets.
You must be self-motivated
Able to use your initiative and be capable of a high degree of independent action
The role requires a balance of strategic vision – matched to the ability to remain steadfast and resilient, during high periods of reactive activity
The job requires a wide vision, new ideas, and the ability to see them through to find solutions

In depth knowledge of works management systems ideally within the social housing for FM sector and demonstrable track record in mobilising new contracts.
Project Management (PRINCE2, PMP or CAPM) accreditation desirable.
