Helpdesk Technician – SLA’s, Windows 10, Office365, Exchange, AD – Up to £24,000

Lynx Recruitment are working with a growing IT Service Provider in Manchester who are looking to expand the team in many different departments. As the helpdesk technician you will act as the first point of contract for any IT related issue in the business and ensure that tickets are responded to within the agreed SLA limits. This position will be suited to you if you have experience working within a busy helpdesk environment. No two days are the same and this role offers an excellent variety of exposure to different technical elements.

Technical Skill set:

* Windows 10

* Office365,

* Exchange

* Active Directory

Responsibilities:

* Respond to calls and tickets within the agreed SLA

* Own the support ticket and be responsible for communicating updates to the customer

* Escalate tickets as and when required
