Role: Head of Product 
Location: Central London – Hybrid (1 day per week in office)
Salary: £100,000 – £110,000 + excellent benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Product to join a leading digital platform business. This role is perfect for a product leader with a proven track record in shaping strategy, delivering impactful outcomes, and inspiring teams to execute a shared vision.

In recent years, the platform has also become a space where sex workers legally advertise their services. Recognising the sensitivity and risks in this area, the company has reshaped its business model to put safety and safeguarding at its core – investing heavily in technology, compliance, and expert personnel. They work closely with government bodies, law enforcement, and charities to ensure the platform remains the safest and most trusted operator in the sector.

The Role As Head of Product, you will play a key strategic role in defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a high-traffic, multi-market platform. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver innovative, safe, and user-focused experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the discovery, development, and delivery of high-impact product initiatives that align with business goals.
Define and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
Champion a research-driven approach, combining user insights, data analytics, and market trends to guide product direction.
Oversee product planning, backlog prioritisation, and release scheduling, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Present product strategies and outcomes confidently to senior leadership, investors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Provide mentorship and direction to the product team, including Product Managers and Product Owners.
Partner with compliance, legal, and safeguarding teams to ensure responsible platform management.About You We’re looking for a confident, strategic, and people-focused product leader who combines commercial acumen with empathy and influence.

You will have:

Significant experience in product management or a Head of Product role within a high-growth digital platform or marketplace.
A strong background in research, discovery, and strategic product vision.
Excellent stakeholder management skills – able to influence, challenge, and push back constructively when necessary, while maintaining strong working relationships.
Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams towards a shared goal.
Data-led decision-making skills, with a focus on measurable impact and continuous improvement.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, comfortable operating at executive level.
Confidence working within a platform that includes adult content, maintaining professionalism and sensitivity around safeguarding.What’s on Offer
