Head of Data Operations

From customer usage data accessed from a BI portal, your team will draw on insights to drive commercial decisions. This could be:
* Nudging customer behaviour
* Re-assessing risk for a profile type
* creating a whole new profile type
* strategic commercial decisions on product

Other relevant skills:
