A Head of Brand and Communications is required for an established fashion company who are undergoing a remarkable period of change due to company growth and the desire to re-position the brand. The Head of Brand and Communications position will be an integral part of this transition. The successful candidate have a great eye for modern design and a track record of delivering successful campaigns and brand messaging.
Managing a small team, Head of Brand and Communications will be tasked with aligning brand and marketing strategy to match with the group objectives.
What you will be doing;
The Head of Brand and Communications is responsible for developing and managing all aspects of brand, design and creative output. It is a leadership role, with accountability for offline and online design output of the team. You will ensure that all creative output is aligned to internal and external expectations and implemented within budget and timescales.
Champion and own the group brand and all assets
Ensure the brand is effectively positioned in line with company objectives
Create and deliver brand and marketing objectives
Deliver longer term Brand and Marketing strategy for growth of customer base across the group of companies
Develop the Marketing Department as a creative centre of excellence, servicing the rest of the business effectively
Manage the relationships with key external agencies
Management of product portfolios within all brands.
Implement and manage the media plan. Ensuring that brand objectives are delivered on.
What you need to have;
Will need to be an established and credible Senior Creative with a track record of leading on and offline teams and brands successfully
Outstanding communication skills
Is confident in delivering across all communication channels
Package and Benefits:
Base Salary – up to £70,000 + benefits
