Group Service Manager / West Yorkshire / Remote working / £40,000 – £45,000 DOE

What we need from you:

Service desk and service manager role,
Management of service desk
ITIL practitioner
Service operation and transition.
Someone who can gel teams together.
End to end service through IT not just service deskAs the Group Service Manager your key focus is on ensuring the delivery of excellent service to the group businesses. As well as responsibility for the management of an internal Service Desk Team, you will be committed to Continual Service Improvement, understanding clearly how the improvements you make deliver tangible value to our business.

You will also ensure that:

all service and support functions remain responsive to customer needs
the service catalogue and knowledge library are developed and maintained
accurate asset and configuration records are created and maintained
adequate reporting and service standards are in place and regularly reviewed
