Our client, an established technological business solutions company, is looking for highly driven Graduate Sales Executives ready to take charge of their career.

Graduate Sales Executive – the package:

Basic salary of £18,000
Potential achievable Y1 OTE of £25K!

You will spend the first 6 months internally based, surrounded by a supportive team. Experiencing a variety of work on a day-to-day basis, you’ll learn about the company, the marketplace, and the products as well as being responsible for the front end of the sales cycle. After you have a good grasp of the industry knowledge necessary and possess the relevant sales skills, based on your performance, you will be progressed out into the field – managing your own clients!

Responsibilities:

Proactively generate your own database of potential clients.
Liaise with existing clients, maintaining and developing business rapport
Build initial relationships with key decision makers and booking appointments with them
Continue developing relationships with new and existing clients 
Attend and influence your own meetings, appointments and networking events 
Create, manage and close profitable business deals 
Cross/up-selling to existing clients based on business needs
Support any sales or marketing campaigns 
Requirements: 

Educated to degree level 
Full UK Driving Licence (highly desirable)
Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and IT literate
Flexible, and strong team ethic
