Job Title: Graduate Sales Development Representative
Salary: £25k basic/ £30k with OTE
Founded by a group of data professionals, our client is a computer software enterprise that strives to deliver the easiest and most secure way to implement data protection and privacy at the data level. Using the power of machine learning and their data x-ray, they save companies millions of dollars a year in data monitoring and cutting data regulation fine risk by magnitudes.
Our client are now looking for creative and driven graduates to join their team and build a sales pipeline to drive their business growth.
Graduate Sales Development Representative Package:
A competitive basic salary of £25,000
Y1 OTE of 30,000!

Graduate Sales Development Representative Role:
Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the company offering and the market they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with prospects
Use researching tools and market data to build a sales pipeline, targeting key decision makers to drive the top line for our business
Perform regular prospect outreach via phone calls, emails and social selling, building initial business relationships and promoting the company offering
Book sales meetings with stakeholders for senior members of the team- you will have the opportunity to shadow some of these meetings to gain confidence and sales techniques
Work closely with the company Executives to build the sales team and repeatable sales process
Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all details of the sales cycle and
Graduate Sales Development Representative Requirements:
Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast paced, target-driven environment
A team plater, who can also work autonomously
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
