Job Title: Graduate Sales Development Representative
Salary: £22-£25k basic salary/ + £10-£15k OTE

Graduate Sales Development Representative Package:
A competitive basic salary of £22,000-£25,000 (DOE)
Y1 OTE of up to £40,000!

Graduate Sales Development Representative Role:
Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company offering and the market it operates within, in order to have valuable conversations with prospect clients
Work closely with the Head of Sales and the Marketing team to manage outbound campaigns (emails, LinkedIn etc) to generate qualified leads
Develop and build relationships with prospects to grow the top of the company sales pipeline, by following a proven outbound prospecting sales process
Use social selling, phone calls, emails and other contact data tools to identify and engage with decision makers within target accounts, creating an initial interest in the company offering and booking meetings for senior members of the team
Qualify and follow-up with inbound prospects, passing on qualified leads to the senior sales team
Manage and maintain he company CRM system, inputting customer records and sales activity
Graduate Sales Development Representative Requirements:
Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for SaaS and technology
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-energy sales environment
Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
A team player, who can also work autonomously
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
