Job Description: Full Stack Engineer (Angular+Python+AI)

Location: London (Hybrid) | Contract: 6 Months | Client: Big Tech

The Mission

Join a high-velocity AI Accelerator team acting as an internal startup. We run 12-week sprints to build, prototype, and launch AI products that automate global business workflows.

Role Split

30% Innovation: Build new AI-driven tools from scratch in rapid sprints.

70% Evolution: Maintain, scale, and add high-impact features to existing AI products.
Key Responsibilities

Technical Ownership: Write production-ready code and lead advanced testing (performance, security, stress).

System Design: Research emerging tech and design scalable architectures that balance speed with long-term health.

End-to-End Delivery: Own the full lifecycle-from initial research and scoping to production deployment and monitoring.

Collaboration: Act as the technical point of contact for partners and mentor team members.

What We're Looking For

Core Stack: Expert-level Python (Backend) + Angular or React (Frontend).

AI Knowledge: Practical experience with AI workflows, LLMs, or automation.

Systems Mastery: Proven ability to build and debug large-scale, high-performance systems.

Leadership: Strong skills in Agile methodologies, conflict resolution, and technical decision-making
