Job Title: Front-end Developer

Location: Coventry, UK (Hybrid role: 2 days in-office)

Experience Level: Minimum 2/3 years

Salary: £25-£35k DOE

The client is a dynamic and innovative full-service web agency based in Coventry. Their team is diverse, talented, and passionate about delivering high-quality solutions to their clients. They're currently seeking a Front-end Developer to join the team and contribute to some exciting projects.

Position Overview:

They are looking for an experienced front-end Developer to join the team on a hybrid basis, spending two days a week in their Coventry office. You'll ideally have a minimum of 3 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong preference for Vue.js. However, experience with React.js or other JavaScript frameworks is also acceptable.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js preferred).

* Collaborate with backend developers and designers to implement and maintain web applications.

* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

* Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in front-end development.

* Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

* Experience with Vue.js is highly preferred, but React.js or other JavaScript frameworks are acceptable.

* Strong understanding of front-end architecture and design patterns.

* Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks, such as Cypress, is a plus.

* Knowledge of PHP or Laravel is desirable but not essential.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
