Fraud Technical Product Owner

As a Barclays Fraud Technical Product Owner, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of the product within the team and for the Product Roadmap, ensuring that it is aligned with product vision and overall goals. This is an opportunity to work collaboratively with the technical delivery team to ensure that the new functionality is deployed as seamlessly as possible. Additionally, you will account for all aspects of change throughout the lifecycle.

What will you be doing?
•    Managing and prioritising the flow of work, liaising with stakeholders and partners to determine the high level and detailed functional and non-functional requirements 
•    Being responsible for owning and shaping the product vision and roadmap 
•    Driving actions throughout the organization to get products delivered on time and on budget
•    Supporting the planning of product delivery and launch
•    Leading Business Owners and Product Analysts in delivery of initiatives
•    Managing all aspects of products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues 

What we’re looking for:
•    Demonstrable commercial acumen and analytical approach
•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science or excellent experience in platform centric product development
•    Experience of owning and delivering projects and initiatives from inception to live client use 
•    Experience with Agile methodologies

Skills that will help you in the role:

•    Experience of working with third-party suppliers 
•    Previous experience in the Fraud Servicing area; Fraud and Disputes process management
•    Previous experience with PEGA Fraud Case Management product

Where will you be working?
Northampton was the birthplace of Barclaycard in 1966 and we've been based in Pavilion Drive since the building opened in 1997. This state-of-the art energy efficient building holds up to 2,500 staff. The office location is perfect for travel from the midlands and London alike as we are based just off the A45, it is easily accessible by both car and bus routes.
