Job Title: FP&A Systems Manager OneStream Location: West Midlands Employment Type: Fixed Term salaried role – Salary circa £95,000 p.a negotiable for the right experience

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Systems Manager with expertise in OneStream to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing development of the OneStream platform to support FP&A processes.. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial systems are robust, optimised, efficient, and aligned with strategic goals.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: – Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing development of the OneStream platform to support FP&A processes. – Manage and optimize the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems. – Collaborate with finance, IT, and other business units to understand system requirements and deliver effective solutions. – Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the OneStream platform. – Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials. – Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the system. – Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. – Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner. – Stay current with OneStream updates and best practices to ensure the system is leveraging the latest features and capabilities.
Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. – Proven experience in FP&A system management with a strong focus on OneStream. – Demonstrated expertise in the implementation, configuration, and development of FP&A systems. – Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes. – Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. – Strong communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. – Experience in training and supporting end-users.
Preferred Skills: – Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or related. – Experience with other financial planning and analysis tools. – Knowledge of SQL and data integration techniques.
