ERP Systems Manager
Dartford, Kent (Office-based)
Up to £60,000 + Excellent Benefits

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced ERP Systems Manager to join a fast-growing business based near Dartford in Kent. You’ll play a key role in leading the digital transformation strategy of the business, with a focus on CRM and ERP system implementation, stock management, and operational process improvement. The company operates within a technical product and services sector, with strong ambitions for digital maturity. The role is office-based and offers a salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the execution of the business’s digitalisation strategy across ERP, CRM, and operational systems
Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, collaborating with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams
Optimise ERP processes including barcoding, permissions, and fleet/delivery systems
Introduce new quoting and customer service tools to improve workflow and efficiency
Line manage a small team and run regular project reviews, updates, and stakeholder reporting

What Experience is Required

Proven experience as an ERP Systems Manager or an IT Manager with proven ERP integration experience.
Proven background in ERP/CRM systems integration and process improvement
PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification
Any knowledge of Syrinx ERP or HubSpot would be beneficial.
